The two best student papers and the best poster will be honored with an award, consisting of two tablets (an electronic device and a Belgian chocolate tablet!).
No special application is required for the best poster award, but students should apply explicitly if they want to be eligible for the student paper award.
To be eligible, the student must follow this procedure:
Prepare the full paper according to the instructions and guidelines on www.animma.com. The student shall be the first author of the presented paper.
Upload the Conference full paper by June 1, 2017
When uploading the paper, select the option to apply for the student paper award and confirm that you are student. Evidence of the status as a graduate (master's or doctoral) student should be provided when requested.
Present the work in an oral or poster session at the conference, as scheduled by the Scientific Committee.
The award is based on the scientific content and the quality of the text (quality of English, clarity of the text, quality of figures, etc).
Oral and poster presentations have equal chances of winning. The award is for the paper, not the presentation.
